About Surrey Cardiac Rehab

Surrey Cardiac Rehab was founded by dedicated physiotherapist Jackie White in 2025.  Jackie earned her MSc in Physiotherapy (pre-registration) from King’s College London in 2011. She spent over 16 years working across various NHS roles and specialities before specialising in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation in 2016.

With extensive experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehab, Jackie is dedicated to providing personalised, one-on-one support to help you recover, stay active, and manage long-term medical conditions. Her passion for heart health drives her to help individuals regain strength, return to daily activities, and reduce the risk of future heart disease.

Jackie stays up to date with the latest guidelines and evidence in her field. She has completed multiple courses including: Physical Activity & Exercise in the Management of Cardiovascular Disease (British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation - BACPR) and Advanced Pulmonary Rehabilitation (British Thoracic Society).

Jackie is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, BACPR, the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation, and the British Society for Heart Failure.

Outside of work, Jackie is an avid runner. She has completed four marathons and most recently ran the Boston Marathon (USA) in April 2026.
